Look, I'll be straight with you - this whole thing started because I got tired of seeing good European cars getting butchered by shops that didn't really understand 'em. Back in 2007, I was working at a dealership, watching customers get hit with crazy diagnostic fees for issues I could've sorted in half the time.
So I took the leap. Rented a small bay in North Van, bought a proper diagnostic setup (cost more than my car at the time), and started doing things the way they should be done. Word got around pretty quick when people realized they weren't getting the runaround anymore.
These days we've got a full team, state-of-the-art equipment, and we're still in the same neighborhood. We've worked on everything from classic 80s BMWs to the latest turbo'd Audis. The tech changes but the approach doesn't - figure out what's actually wrong, fix it properly, and don't charge for stuff you didn't do.
We're not trying to be the cheapest shop in town. We're trying to be the one you trust when your pride and joy needs real attention.

Shop Founded

Got our first major manufacturer certification. That was a proud day.

Moved down the street to our current spot. Finally had room to breathe.

Audi & VW Specialist Certification
Added VAG group expertise. Those cars need different thinking.

Performance Tuning Division Launched
Started offering custom ECU tuning and performance upgrades. Fun stuff.

Mercedes-Benz Xentry Diagnostics
Invested in MB's factory diagnostic system. That one hurt the wallet but worth it.
