Quick Answers Before You Book

How far out should I book?

For regular maintenance, a week or two's fine. For more complex work or if you've got a specific time crunch, sooner's better. Emergency stuff - we'll make room same-day if we can.

Do you work on all European makes?

Pretty much. We specialize in German brands (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Porsche) but we handle most European imports. If you've got something rare, call us first to make sure we've got the right tools.

What if I'm not sure what's wrong?

That's literally why we're here. Just describe what you're experiencing - sounds, lights, smells, whatever seems off. We'll figure it out from there.

Can I get a quote before coming in?

For basic stuff like oil changes or brake pads, yeah. For diagnostics or repairs, we usually need to see the car first. We'll always get approval before doing any work though.

Do you offer loaner cars?

We've got a couple loaners available on a first-come basis for bigger jobs. Mention it when we confirm your appointment and we'll see what we can do.

What payment methods do you take?

Cash, debit, all major credit cards, e-transfer. We can also work with most extended warranty companies if that applies to you.
